Making A Purchase Making a purchase online at mithus.co.uk is fast, easy and secure and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Simply browse our online store and add any items you wish to purchase by clicking 'add to cart' and confirm quantity. After you have finished your shopping click on 'Checkout' you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please make sure you fill all the boxes marked with a star *.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo cards.

Our Payment process is operated through HSBC Bank via a secure server (you can check this by looking for the closed padlock at the bottom of your browser window at the payment stage). All card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to HSBC bank for authorisation.
Your order will only be processed subject to payment being authorised, please take note that this transaction will take place prior to delivery.

If you are a 'MAC' user or experience any problems with HSBC Secure ePayments.
Please use our alternative secure payment process at the checkout stage or contact us.

On receipt of your order we will send you an automated email response with your order details. This is not an order confirmation and at this stage does not confirm that a contract exists between us.

Once we have checked your order we will send an email confirming the order. Should we be unable to fulfil an order due to an item being out of stock or discontinued, we will at no time send alternative goods or delay orders without notifying you first.

Prices are in £'s Sterling, include VAT at the appropriate rate and exclude delivery.
At this time we accept orders from within the UK only in £'s Sterling.
Please note that the payment transaction will appear as 'SIMPLY DIVINE' on your credit/debit card statement.

Please note Mit Hus does NOT offer Trade Accounts or Wholesale Terms.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £4.95 per order (UK only) or per delivery address if more than one delivery address is being used per order (additional delivery addresses must be specified at the time the order is placed).
Extra Heavy or Oversized items will incur a supplementary delivery charge of £10 in addition to the standard delivery charge per order (these items are marked)
Please note a signature may be required upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule If goods are in stock we aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days from the confirmation that your order has been accepted.
Back Orders We aim to keep good stocks of all products but occasionally we may be out of stock either due to high demand or while we are waiting for new stocks to arrive.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by email to advise of an estimated delivery time (Please note this is not a fixed delivery date due to external forces being beyond our control), you have the right to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate
Credit Card Security When placing an order credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption.
Guarantee Guarantee and returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order.
However we will exchange or refund any item* returned within 7 days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the item remain intact.
Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of posting from your Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of an item being delivered not as ordered please contact us within 24 hours.
If the return is a result of a mistake by Mit Hus we will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for payment, within three weeks of us receiving your return.
* We cannot make refunds or exchanges for used items or customer damaged items.

Every care is taken to ensure that the product information on this website is correct. Sizes are in cm and are approximate. We make every effort to reproduce colours accurately but slight variations may occur due to your monitor, its settings or during printing.
Some of our products are handmade or made from natural materials and may vary slightly from the picture. They may also have small imperfections, which to us only indicates that these pieces are not mass-produced and are individual and unique.
